Javaid Iqbal

Javaid Iqbal is an innovative and multilingual strategist / advisor / educator who has been helping transform businesses and governments across North America, Europe, and Asia for the past two decades.

Javaid attended Purdue University for his undergraduate studies in Computer Information Systems and holds a Master’s degree in Communication Systems Strategy and Management from Northwestern University where the focus of his academic research was bridging the business, technology and communication gap towards finding growth opportunities across global enterprises. He is an adjunct professor at DePaul University and is actively researching the effects of The Fourth Industrial Revolution in the developing world. Previously, Javaid served as a Customer Engagement and Success Leader at Salesforce and held leadership positions at multiple consultancies including EY and PwC.

Mark Goetsch

Mark Goetsch has spent his 20+ architecting technical change within and across organizations. His clients were large and medium US and multinational corporations including ABN AMRO Bank, Northern Trust Bank, BMO Harris Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Il, TX, NM, OK, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Wheels, Inc.  He also developed commercial software products including Ibbotson’s Cost of Capital Quarterly and Beta Book and Derivative Solution’s Fixed Income Solutions.

Mark has contributed to the professionalization of enterprise architecture as a former board member for the Federation of Enterprise Architecture Professional Organizations, EVP for the Center for the Advancement of the Enterprise Architecture Profession, President of the Business Architects Association, and founding member of the World-Wide Institute of Software Architects.  Mark has spoken at SDWest in Silicon Valley, Midwest Software Engineering Conference in Chicago, and various other seminars.

Mark taught 30 graduate courses in e-commerce, supply chain management, enterprise architecture, and distributed systems. He is finishing his Doctor in Business Administration from DePaul University, has his MSC in Systems Strategy and Management from Northwestern University, MS in Computer Science from DePaul University, and his BA in History from Spring Hill College.

Anneke

Anneke Seley

Ms. Anneke Seley has been a champion of innovative sales thinking for over twenty years. She is the founder of Reality Works Group (formerly Phone Works), a sales strategy and implementation services firm for today’s business reality. With unique expertise in phone/online/social selling, Reality Works Group has helped over 450 clients increase revenue at decreased cost using Sales 2.0 practices – measurable, predictable, scalable selling combined with better engagement and relationships with customers.

Anneke is the co-author of Sales 2.0: Improve Business Results Using Innovative Sales Practices and Technology. She started her career as the 12th employee at Oracle and was the designer of the company’s now multibillion-U.S. dollar global inside sales organization.

Anneke is honored to be the 2011 recipient of the AA-ISP’s Lifetime Achievement Award and one of the SLMA’s “Twenty Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management” in 2012.

Anneke has a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.

Junaid

Junaid Iqbal

Junaid Iqbal is the Managing Director of Careem in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He has successfully overseen the growth and running of two of Careem’s largest markets and is a key member in the company’s continued expansion throughout the region.

Junaid was also an integral part of the launch-team for CNBC Pakistan in 2005 and anchoring its flagship show Power Lunch as well as co-managing transaction worth $1.6bn as CEO of Elixir Securities, including the largest equity transactions in the history of Pakistan.

With a strong background in technology, economics, and financial leadership, he is regularly invited to provide his expertise in multiple forums, including US President Obama’s 2010 Summit on Entrepreneurship and on TV as a regular commentator on Pakistan’s tech economy. Junaid was previously the chairman of Salt Arts, a music, art, and entertainment agency, specializing in the creative production of events, and artist management.

Junaid completed a BA in economics at the University of Michigan and then went on to study leadership in financial organizations at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Somerville brings over twenty-five years of executive level experience with the World's most innovative and successful companies like Salesforce and HP. He currently serves as a Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce.

Mr. Somerville has an MBA from Michigan State University as well as a BA from the University of Michigan. He has attended Harvard Business School for its executive development program. He is fluent in German and a recognized speaker on CRM, AI, and Cloud.
